After quite a while, I decided to do a non-technical talk again and got accepted to do so at CollabDays NL 2024. It was great to be speaking again in public and got some valuable feedback on how the topic was perceived.

Content management maturity is important for optimizing Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. Maturity models can help to position, plan and prioritize content management. I really think that the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 is a hidden gem and the content management competence can help to get the most out of your Microsoft Copilot investment. And even better, improve control on content in your organisation for the future.
